What began as curiosity has become a lifelong devotion to the healing arts and the remembrance of the sacred within us all.

 

My work weaves together the threads of Reiki, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Touch Therapy, Tantra, Yin Yoga, and holistic life coaching, creating offerings that are not just practices, but rituals of awakening.
